I also get client logos emailed to me within .doc files regularly. It's not their fault, I suppose. Perhaps there should be a really basic class people could take to learn about the web. Things like what a browser is, what are DNS & hosting, etc. Someone should teach that class. NOT IT! Even better, there should be a site one could go to and type in queries like "word image file", click submit and receive a page full of potentially helpful results. D'oh!
