		<description>I&#039;ve had quite a few (too many) calls asking why images in .doc files aren&#039;t showing up online.  I also get client logos emailed to me within .doc files regularly.  It&#039;s not their fault, I suppose.  Perhaps there should be a really basic class people could take to learn about the web.  Things like what a browser is, what are DNS &amp; hosting, etc.  Someone should teach that class.  NOT IT!  

Even better, there should be a site one could go to and type in queries like &quot;word image file&quot;, click submit and receive a page full of potentially helpful results. D&#039;oh!</description>
